PSPS PMINDMAIL BETA

Beta privacy policy

SPS PMIND Mail applies data minimization and automatic cleanup. It retains the data needed to authenticate, deliver, receive, audit, and protect the service.

Data processed

Name, registration email, username, hash-protected credentials, messages, recipients, attachments, Mini Drive files, technical activity, IP addresses, and security events.

Encryption

Messages, attachments, and Mini Drive files are encrypted at rest. External transport uses TLS when supported by the remote provider. The beta does not yet provide zero access.

Retention

Read and saved messages are deleted according to the stated periods. Unverified pending registrations are deleted after 48 hours. User accounts with no activity for 30 consecutive days are completely deleted, releasing their username and address. Technical logs are minimized or deleted with the account when directly linked to it.

User control

Users can delete messages and files, free space, and stop temporarily saving content. During the beta, they may also request correction or early account deletion.
